Color
Our materials are of the highest natural quality, therefore; there may be a slight variation from the colors displayed on our site. We offer fine craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Lost Shipments
In the event that an order does not arrive, you have 30 days from the date the order was shipped to file a claim, 45 days for international orders. To file a claim please call 877-982-2875.
Materials
All jewelry is also available in 14 karat yellow and white gold, 18 karat yellow and white gold, and platinum. Please call us at 877-982-2875 to order.
Warranty
All merchandise purchased from Santa Fe Goldworks is covered by a six (6) month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials. Repairs are covered for six (6) months for the work performed due to workmanship or material. Every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction. Inlay materials are guaranteed under normal wear and tear for 30 days. We do not cover stones damaged by the customer. If an inlaid stone is damaged by the customer we offer repair for a minimal charge to the customer. Excessive abuse to our merchandise does not follow under our warranty.
